Czech Language Class
January 13, 2025 Spring Czech Language Class:
The Brazos Valley Czech Heritage Society is offering a Czech language class for the Spring Semester, which began on January 13th. Stan Vitha, a native Czech speaker, is teaching the class on Mondays from 7 - 8:30 PM, in the St. Joseph Parish Activity Center (700 E 26th St. in Bryan). Registration is $35/person, and the textbook “Czech for you” is available for purchase ($35), but is not required. The class welcomes anyone interested in learning, understanding, and speaking Czech. There are no prerequisites for attending the class.
Beginners will learn pronunciation and simple phrases, and students from previous years will increase their vocabulary.
